The Smokin’ Oak is a full service, Central-Texas style barbeque restaurant, full bar and caterer.
With roots in Tyler, Austin & Odessa, TX, everything that we do here is made from scratch using family recipes going back three generations of Texans.
We source the highest quality meats from 18 different ranches across WA, OR, ID, WY & OK. All meats are smoked on three massive offset barrel cookers that we designed and built ourselves using only 100% Oregon White Oak.
And as far as we know, there is not another BBQ joint in the entire PNW that can make all of those claims.
